Veladuno Beauty Terms of Service

Legal operator
Veladuno Beauty is the commercial brand operated by Costaru Marius Constantin, an individual / sole trader in Romania. There is no incorporated company, company registration number or VAT registration.

The service
Veladuno Beauty is business software for salon management. It provides authenticated salon workspaces for managing customer records, appointments, services, team information, imports, revenue information and dashboard data. Each salon workspace is isolated from other salons through Firebase Authentication, Firestore membership controls and Firestore Rules.
The service is intended for salons and people acting for trade, business, craft or professional purposes. If mandatory consumer law nevertheless applies to a user, these terms do not remove those mandatory rights.
Accounts and access
Users sign in with an email address and password through Firebase Authentication. A user may access a salon only when the salon has an active membership for that user. Roles are owner, admin and staff. Owners and admins have different management permissions; staff access is limited by the application's role controls.
The account holder is responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, assigning roles carefully and using the service lawfully. Access may be refused when a membership is disabled, a salon is suspended, a trial has expired or a subscription entitlement is not active.
Subscription, price and trial
Veladuno Beauty offers one subscription only: Veladuno Pro, priced at £19 GBP per month, with a 14-day free trial. No other commercial plan is offered.
The first 10 qualifying paying salons retain the £19 monthly founding price while their subscription remains continuously active. A canceled, terminated or otherwise interrupted subscription is not guaranteed to retain founding status if a new subscription is later created.
Paddle is the merchant of record for subscription transactions. The subscription automatically renews monthly after the trial until canceled. Taxes, payment methods, receipts and the final amount charged are presented by Paddle Checkout. To avoid the first charge, cancellation must be completed before the 14-day trial ends.
Cancellation can be requested through the Paddle buyer portal or the manage subscription link in Paddle's transaction email. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The separate Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
The trial, plan and subscription status are held server-side. Browser storage, query parameters and client-side changes cannot grant entitlement or extend a trial.
Salon and customer data
Each salon determines why and how it processes the customer, appointment, service and team information it enters. The salon must have a lawful basis and provide any notices or obtain any permissions required by applicable law.
Users must not upload unlawful content, access another salon's data, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with the service or use the service to harm another person. Salon owners are responsible for their users and assigned roles.
Availability and support
The service is provided on an as-available basis. No service-level agreement, guaranteed uptime or guaranteed support-response time is offered. Planned or emergency maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect access. Support requests may be sent to support@veladuno.com.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect accounts or data, respond to a security incident, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, reasonable notice or an opportunity to remedy will be provided.
The salon remains responsible for exporting information it needs before its access ends. Requests concerning account closure or data deletion may be sent to privacy@veladuno.com and are handled subject to applicable legal and billing record obligations.
Intellectual property
Veladuno Beauty and its application materials remain the property of the legal operator or applicable licensors. A subscriber receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while its trial or subscription entitlement is active. Users retain rights in information they lawfully enter.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The operator is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, inaccurate data supplied by users, compromised user credentials, or third-party services outside the operator's reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be published with an updated effective date. Where law or the subscription relationship requires advance notice or consent, that process will be followed before the change takes effect.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through legal@veladuno.com. Unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without limiting any mandatory right to use another court, regulator or dispute process.
