Veladuno Beauty Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription and trial
Veladuno Beauty offers one subscription only: Veladuno Pro, at £19 GBP per month, with a 14-day free trial. Paddle is the merchant of record and administers checkout, recurring charges, receipts, cancellations and refunds.
The first 10 qualifying paying salons retain the £19 monthly founding price while their subscription remains continuously active. Founding status is not guaranteed after cancellation, termination or another interruption followed by a new subscription.
After the free trial, the subscription renews monthly until canceled. To avoid the first charge, cancellation must be completed before the trial ends.
Cancellation
A subscription may be canceled at any time through the Paddle buyer portal or the manage subscription link in Paddle's transaction email. Help may also be requested at support@veladuno.com.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains subject to the server-side subscription state supplied through Paddle. After cancellation takes effect, no further recurring payment should be taken unless a new subscription is created.
Refunds
There is no additional automatic refund guarantee from Veladuno Beauty. Refunds and statutory withdrawal requests are handled through Paddle under Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, together with any mandatory rights under applicable law.
A refund request can be made through the Paddle receipt/manage subscription link or Paddle buyer support. Veladuno Beauty support may assist with locating the correct Paddle process but does not issue a payment outside Paddle.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights. Where a refund is approved, Paddle processes it to the applicable payment method according to its policy. Canceling a subscription does not by itself guarantee a refund for an already used or completed billing period.
